Industries/Hospitality
Five sites, 110 beds, and a back office of three people. The staff who clean the rooms and work the front desk build the software the group runs on.
The situation
The group is asset-light: the properties belong to local owners, and the group operates them under revenue share. That leaves a very small back office running a lot of rooms — pricing, rotas, check-in, procurement and guest support across five sites.
Every one of those was a spreadsheet, a paper form, or a tool that nearly fitted. Nobody in the building could build software, and the group was never going to be able to hire someone who could.
This is our own operating business — user #1, and the proving ground for everything the platform does. It went live in December 2025.
Who built it
Twenty-four frontline staff
Cleaners, receptionists and bar staff. The largest group of builders on the platform, and not one of them was hired to write software.
The operating result
Gross sales grew from ¥54.8M to ¥102.2M in one year, run by three back-office staff.
What they built

Control Centre
Monitoring, pricing and guest support for every property.

Traditional stays
Four properties in the group.

Urban stays
One property in the group.
The pricing agent
It proposes tomorrow's rates at 19:10, every day.
It reads live occupancy, demand signals and competitor movement from the applications the staff built — then proposes. A person approves before anything reaches a booking channel. That is the whole model: the apps capture the data, the agents act on it, and a human still signs.
“Algoritmi's technology gives real power to frontline staff like us — people with no software-engineering background. We can improve the software we use every day, ourselves, so it fits how we actually work.”
“The group runs highly efficient, highly profitable hotels through smart use of IT. With vibe coding they solve their own problems at a speed that genuinely surprised me.”
“Their cluster strategy — managing several properties together — delivers a high return even on a small property like the one I invested in.”
Shifts, stock, pricing and guests are the same shape of problem in every one of them.
